Where we deliver

Anywhere in Sri Lanka. We don't ship overseas at the moment.

Who delivers

All orders are delivered by our courier partner, Citypak.

Delivery fee

A flat LKR 500 per order, anywhere in Sri Lanka. It is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place your order. There is no extra charge for Cash on Delivery.

When your order ships

• Cash on Delivery: we call or WhatsApp you on the number you gave to confirm, usually within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday). We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days after confirming.
• Bank Transfer: we dispatch within 1 to 2 working days after your payment reaches us.

How long delivery takes

Citypak usually delivers in 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. Remote areas, public holidays and bad weather can add time. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll get a "Confirmed and shipped" email with your Citypak tracking number.

If delivery fails

Citypak will try to contact you on the phone number you gave. Please keep your phone on. If a parcel is returned to us because nobody could be reached, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery fee may apply.

Damaged parcels

If the parcel looks damaged when it arrives, please note it with the rider and contact us within 7 days. See our Refund Policy.
