How ordering works

Order today. Pay when it arrives.

No card needed. Every Cash on Delivery order is confirmed by a real person before it ships, so you're never surprised.

    You place the order

    Choose Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer at checkout. You'll get an order confirmation email straight away. Delivery is LKR 500, shown before you pay. There are no other fees.

  2. 02

    We confirm it

    For Cash on Delivery, we call or WhatsApp you within 24 hours to confirm your order and address. For Bank Transfer, we confirm once your payment has reached us.

  3. 03

    Citypak delivers

    Once it's approved, we pack your towels and hand them to Citypak. You get an email with your tracking number. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days after confirmation.

  4. 04

    Pay & check

    Paying by COD? Pay the rider in cash. Check your parcel when it arrives. If something isn't right, tell us within 7 days.

Cash on Delivery

  1. Place your order and choose Cash on Delivery.
  2. Your order shows as "Awaiting confirmation" until we've spoken to you.
  3. Once we've confirmed it, you get a "Confirmed & shipped" email with Citypak tracking.
  4. Pay the exact amount in cash when it arrives.

Bank Transfer

  1. Choose Bank Transfer at checkout. Our bank details show on the order page and in your email.
  2. Transfer the total and use your order number (e.g. #1001) as the reference.
  3. Send the slip by email or WhatsApp. We hold your order for 48 hours.
  4. Once the payment arrives, we ship and email you the tracking number.

How does Cash on Delivery work?

Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout. We'll call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order and address, then hand it to Citypak. You pay the rider in cash when the parcel arrives. There is no extra COD fee.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

Delivery is a flat LKR 500 anywhere in Sri Lanka, shown before you pay. Citypak usually delivers in 1 to 3 working days after we confirm your order. You'll get a tracking number by email.

Will the colour look like the photos?

Every photo shows the actual towel we sell. For a clean look, some photos place the towel on a plain studio background, but the towel itself, its colour and its details are not changed. We also describe each colour in words (for example, Hot Pink is a bright fuchsia, not maroon). Screens differ a little, so if you're unsure about a colour, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.

Where are the towels made?

Our towels are terry cotton, woven in India and sourced through a trusted supplier. Each product page lists its exact size and how it feels. If you need more technical details for a business order, ask us.

Can I return or exchange?

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you, including delivery. Unused, unwashed towels in their original packaging can also be returned within 7 days if you change your mind. See our Refund Policy.

Do you supply hotels, gyms and restaurants?

Yes. Wholesale pricing starts from 10 pieces per design. Request a quote and we'll reply within 1 working day.
