Delivery & Payment
Pay when it arrives, or by bank transfer. Delivered islandwide by Citypak.
Delivery fee: LKR 500 flat, anywhere in Sri Lanka, shown before you pay.
Cash on Delivery fee: none.
Delivery time: usually 1 to 3 working days after we confirm your order.

How ordering works
Order today. Pay when it arrives.
No card needed. Every Cash on Delivery order is confirmed by a real person before it ships, so you're never surprised.

You place the order
Choose Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer at checkout. You'll get an order confirmation email straight away. Delivery is LKR 500, shown before you pay. There are no other fees.

We confirm it
For Cash on Delivery, we call or WhatsApp you within 24 hours to confirm your order and address. For Bank Transfer, we confirm once your payment has reached us.

Citypak delivers
Once it's approved, we pack your towels and hand them to Citypak. You get an email with your tracking number. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days after confirmation.

Pay & check
Paying by COD? Pay the rider in cash. Check your parcel when it arrives. If something isn't right, tell us within 7 days.
Cash on Delivery
- Place your order and choose Cash on Delivery.
- Your order shows as "Awaiting confirmation" until we've spoken to you.
- Once we've confirmed it, you get a "Confirmed & shipped" email with Citypak tracking.
- Pay the exact amount in cash when it arrives.
Bank Transfer
- Choose Bank Transfer at checkout. Our bank details show on the order page and in your email.
- Transfer the total and use your order number (e.g. #1001) as the reference.
- Send the slip by email or WhatsApp. We hold your order for 48 hours.
- Once the payment arrives, we ship and email you the tracking number.
